Originally rated 5 stars but customer service has become nonexistent. I was doing an Invisalign treatment until the office completely stopped responding. I was supposed to have my final few trays and end of treatment retainers mailed to me 2 months ago but have yet to receive them. I’ve called the office numerous times and they haven’t answered or returned my call. I’ve also stopped by the office twice (during times they say they’re open) and nobody has been there. Bad experience. I don’t recommend it.
Chris Park ruined my teeth. It has cost me thousands elsewhere to repair the damage he did to my teeth. He was arrogant and incompetent, and my teeth suffered for his superior attitude. DO NOT BECOME HIS PATIENT. (His admin staff was fine).
This office has a ridiculous policy . After one no show , they refuse to schedule you again . I understand the policy . I work for a children’s hospital, and we give our patients grace , because life happens ! One missed appointment and the company refuses to schedule again. I am very disappointed.
I can't express enough how happy I am I chose Park Orthodontics! I'm near 40 and hadn't been to the dentist in probably 5 years. Let's just say I needed a lot of work done. Within 6 weeks their team gave me a complete transformation. They have the most clean office I've personally ever been too. They are so kind, professional, and it's obvious they are passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your dental needs. Thanks again Park Orthodontics!!
