The medical treatment was very good here. My only complaint it the front desk staff are rude, distracted, and leave you with the impression that you're bothering them.
This is going to be quite a review in a good way. I had a stint placed while a few months pregnant in a different state and was told I couldn’t be cared for anymore or have my stint removed due to me being pregnant (which didn’t make sense in my opinion). Fast forward to a year later.. A year later I was having incredible pain putting me in the hospital and no longer being pregnant I wanted the stint out since that was the only thing holding me back. I have had very great experiences here! All my nurses have been very kind and comforting! They never push me if I'm uncomfortable with things!
Top notch Doctors and assistants, they have all been very kind.
I was referred by my Doctor to a dr. jocelyn Rieder. Dr. rieder is a very cold, impersonal, and off putting individual. Her questions and answers to my questions were very short and impersonal. She gave the distinct impression that she did not want to see me. My subsequent complaint to patient relations concerning my treatment by dr.rieder was a complete waste of time as was my complaint to the ceo of park nicollet.
