First, HealthPartners/Park Nicollet/Tria has always been the best of care for me and my family. Yes, my wife was an employee for many years. But after owning a service business for many years I think I understand customer service very well. All the caregivers there have always been top notch. Urologist Dr Zapzalka is one of them. I've trusted him with two surgeries now. I'm capable of going anywhere I want. I choose them.
Same here with Dr. Rieder - her misdiagnosis for prostate cancer "you have about 6 months to live" - led to subsequent 12 core and 36 core biopsies, both negative. The most horrible experiences of my life. The idea of a prostate MRI was never mentioned. I got the distinct impression she was "geared up" to do the surgeries. I finally went to Mayo and got expert care. Have had decent care from Dr. Butcher (seriously) though .
Horrible service. Trying to get an appointment is weeks out. They don’t listen to you and don’t act like they care.
Terrible clinic. I started seeing a doctor here due to kidney stones. She said I’d have a standing order for x-rays for any that formed in the future, and I could call in for help being a patient in the system. This weekend was the second time I’ve had a stone over a weekend, and the second time they did not help me. They told me yesterday (Sunday) they’d just send a note for the doctor to call me Monday. The medical treatment was very good here. My only complaint it the front desk staff are rude, distracted, and leave you with the impression that you're bothering them.
