You must have an appointment to be seen at this urgent care otherwise you will be turned away. No point in calling it an urgent care if they practice it like clinics.
They charged me a hospital visit instead of an urgent care visit, I had to have insurance fix that. Still left with a ridiculous bill for basic tests for flu like symptoms. Overcharging because you go through insurance. Then they threatened to send me to collections while waiting for insurance to figure things out. I was told I had until the end of the year to do the payment plan but they forced it out to September. Doctors and nurses generally care about what's going on to you, compared to the blaine/fridley location where they think people are faking it all the time. The only downside is here. You have a bit of a longer wait at times, and you can't always get the care you need here.
