Generally a competent GI facility.
Do not call their customer service line. I received no help was on the phone forever, and they couldn't even transfer me to the right department.
Great experience for outpatient surgery. Very organized and easy to use.
I saw Dr Blevins in gastroenterology days after learning I had 3 large benign liver tumors. He dismissively interrupted me while I was speaking to tell me my tumors “aren’t large” (they’re softball-sized), don’t cause discomfort (they do), & seemed annoyed that I wanted to talk to a Dr about it. It’s not crazy to be worried about TUMORS… This was all new to me & I was clearly scared. I scheduled an appointment for a colonoscopy, and received no communication other than directions in my My Chart inbox. I got no alert of this so I assumed the directions would come with my prep. The directions in fact were on my prep and I followed them. Before my appointment day and day of the procedure I tried calling the phone center and it was un reachable even though I called for clarity.
