The eye clinic and optical store were convenient, friendly, top notch. Ended up cancelling my fitting for bifocals because of a medical need, and so they sent them in the mail.
First of all we were told new glasses will be in in couple weeks and or will get a call when in.. few weeks later i called to see if they were in and they were (how long?). Came into get and got a whole different color frame.. I have called 4 or more times and was told i will get a call back when the right color frames come in. Still waiting on the first call of what happened? People who answer the phone say they will find out whats going on and call you back? Om when? That day? Nope? That following day? Omm nope?
