My personal treatment and care experience with Dr Hoffman and his team exceeded my expectations! I recommend anyone in need of advanced medical urology services to consider Dr Hoffman and his team for your procedures and followup care. Be prepared to get your questions answered and your concerns addressed by this team.
I met with Dr. Hoffman a total of 3 times over 7 weeks. The third visit, after having an emergency procedure done (for a kidney stone I knew I had, and Dr. Hoffman was following me for), he came in, introduced himself, and said, "nice to meet you" before treating me like this was the first time we met. I was flabbergasted. He then proceeded to ask me about my history of my presenting problem - that we went over on the first visit. Wow. Just wow.
Brought my father in to have a catheter removed after hospitalization and rehabilitation in a separate facility. He did remove the catheter, but proceeded to put another one in against patient's strict orders not to. My father spent 12 hours afterwards in extreme pain and suffering, which included 4 hours in an E.R. to remove this doctor's mistake. He also didn't give us paperwork explaining his unorthodoxed opinion on his work or for care afterwards. I don't think that he deserves a single star, but I didn't have a choice.
