I had eye surgery and the staff was friendly and so nice. Checked in, told us their names and what they would be doing in regards to my care. They even asked my snack preferences for after surgery. Great experience.
Lab technician was very professional and considerate. They did their job well. Explained everything nicely.
Building 14050 is a brand new faculty that was built back in 2022 - 2023. It was built to house most of Park Nicolette clinics so folks didn't have to drive to the St. Louis Park location for appointments to speciality care clinics. The building itself is gorgeous and the inside is spacious. There is an information desk that is manned by an employee, and a desk for the employee who helps disabled folks in wheelchairs that park in the garage. With that said. People are nice, but scheduling is a total joke. I knew without talking to any doctor that I had severe sleep apnea. I have videos of myself gasping for air in my sleep, but still had to go through the process like everyone else. Fine, not a big deal but why does it take 10 months to get equipment? This process is so drawn out, its unbelievable. I think I even had a single appointment where they explained sleep apnea. Like I know what it is, why am I here?
