This bank is horrible!!! They shut my account down and said they sent my money to my address. That never did. I asked if they could just give me my money at the bank or allow me to pick up my check there. The Xenia branch acted as if they could not do that. I then spoke with corporate and they told the Xenia branch to allow me to pick up my money. I went there and they acted like they knew nothing. If you own a business do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They make so many mistakes here.
Take your banking needs elsewhere. Very un-customer friendly, in terms of locations/hours and services offered. Example, loans can only be paid off in person and only by check or cash; it's 2024 get with the times.
I just got off the phone with the sweetest lady from this bank: I had a couple of questions about paying off my car loan. She was very Informative and sweet.
