I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a bank before, but then I’ve never been through a hurricane in Hendersonville… amid the near panic and uncertainty of loosing power and WiFi downtown Hendersonville became a beacon of light and hope. We went from the convenience of credit cards to a Cash Only society. In the scramble I found Park Bank ATM on Main Street was Open. Went in to pick up a check but it hadn't been cut yet very polite effective staff got it done quickly and had me on my way beautiful bank inside
The customer service was awful. I was in for a moment and only heard the women complaining. Before I came in I spoke with someone over the phone Sophia or something like that and she was rude and unwilling to hear my problem. She should consider looking into another line of work. Unacceptable.
