We have used this service (the Parking Spot and Fly) for several trips. We will no longer use the off parking shuttles. We will be using uber, private or a hotel service. The card gives directions to call if pick up is between 11pm to 7am. It was around 3 to 4am. We called several times. Other individuals who were waiting also stated they had called this service and no one was answering. We asked the spot parking 1 and 2 shuttle drivers if they could help get in touch with someone.
