Don't fall for the first time customer discounted rate! When making reservation on the app, it assigns you a drop off time of 7am and a pickup time of 7am. Even though it appears to allow you to customize your actual times, it doesn't save your adjusted times of arrival and departure. I tried several times, and it kept switching back to 7am for both drop off and pickup. I took a screen shot while making the reservation of my adjusted time that wouldn't lock in. Don’t let this 4.9 rating fool you: most of that was from its Park N Fly era. Sort these reviews by ‘newest,’ and you’ll see a different picture. Took advantage of a prepay promotion, set the days/hours I’d be parking there, stayed totally within that range, and it charged me a day’s rate to exit the facility, with no human in sight to resolve this (kind of like it’s AI responses to its negative reviews). There’s a reason Park Place across the street is packed and this place is half empty.
