I'll give Parking Spot 2 stars instead of one for past performance. Have always been a great alternative to the CLE airport parking. I have parked multiple times with them and the rate has always been right around $13.25 On the last visit I stayed for 3 days and they charged me $77.20. Wrote customer service asking if there was an error. They responded that the rates vary based on how full the lot is. When I parked it was half full! Great service, bus driver was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with luggage. Fortunately for us, we got the same driver on the inbound and outbound visit.
