Customer service is the worst. I called during business hours and left a message because there was no answer after 4 attempts. They called me back 3 weeks later and I made an appointment. They never showed up for the appointment then called 2 hours later to apologize. Shady company at best. I would never use these clowns.

Terrible customer service. I made and appointment for my dog to get groomed and they never showed or called to cancel us off. Bad business practices. Never again.

They do a good job but you cannot reach the help and then they make you wait for a month to get it done.. Nearly impossible to reach by phone and they are expensive. Do not seem to care about their customers or the dogs.
