We have been looking for a Tiny home and have visited with other companies that sale Champion Homes. Michelle Freeman was the only rep that followed up with us and was very professional. She took out time to Answer all of our questions and made the process very simple! We are so excited about our Tiny Home and all of the modifications that Michelle informed us we could make! We are getting exactly what we want.
Poor quality structure for the price. Finished product not at all as we were told. Five star rating for Michelle Freeman, our sales rep. She was awesome from our first phone call and still continues to assist us as we are working through our punchlist and getting settled into our new Park model home. Uncertain of the star rating at this point for the factory. We are finding multiple issues in the manufacture of our Park model, both big and small issues.
