I would look everywhere else and not buy from this company. Michelle will say they got your back but once she has your money you will mean nothing. I was sold a giant problem that will take me months to have everything fixed because they build a crappy house and cut every corner they can. There are much better places and people to deal with. Five star rating for Michelle Freeman, our sales rep. She was awesome from our first phone call and still continues to assist us as we are working through our punchlist and getting settled into our new Park model home. Uncertain of the star rating at this point for the factory. We are finding multiple issues in the manufacture of our Park model, both big and small issues.
