The guy that walked us around to the 3 different homes we were interested in, didn't seem to care if we would've bought and paid cash that day or not. I believe his name was Travis. He kept his hands in his pockets, and just stood there like he was being bothered by the fact that we wanted to walk through to see about buying. Met with Kathy Hornberger, after coordinating a visit to view the Park Model that was available to view. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all the questions we had and provided additional information to help us with site prep and eventual possible purchase paths for a Park Model. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a Park Model or modular in the Eastern portion of Pennsylvania!
