Great experience purchasing our new park model. Cody was great to work with. Very easy process. Great value. Many options to choose from. Would highly recommend them for the price but beware. Update … you can’t beat the prices, quality of home is just ok. Wouldn’t call it great but not bad. My main complaint is all the hidden expenses and the lack of transparency when it comes to set up and delivery. Air conditioner needs installed but contractor doesn’t do this. I can't not even express the gratitude I have for Michael the manager. My husband is deployed and I am having to sell a house but one and move my family half way across the country. He has walked me through everything and answered every question I had happily! I couldn't ask for better customer service! The BEST! My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and informative visit to Park Models Direct. The whole staff is very professional and welcoming. During our visit we were shown how the units are built, and walked through a few of the completed units on the lot. We have pretty much decided which one we're going to buy, based on this visit. Many thanks to Cody and the rest of the staff!
It was great time seeing all the different model's they had outside to see you can even get a factory tour. Michael the manager was a big help in taking us through the process of getting a new park model and showing us around. Office ladies were very friendly and helpful also. Great place to go if your in the market for a new park model or home.
