Brandon adjusted his schedule to meet with us, and he was incredibly knowledgeable!! After only looking at 1 other option we will absolutely be coming back when we're ready. Homes were all presentable, and wonderful to walk through. Hands down the best option in the area. Others don't even seem worth looking at after our experience looking at these .
While the finished product that these guys sell is fairly decent, there's a lot of hurdles getting there. To start with, even though they are located "at the factory" they are alledgedly different than Factory Expo Homes. These guys do the selling and ultimatley put your order in to the factory and then are no where to be found after that. You have to deal directly with the factory and that's a chore. Working with John and folks have been a pleasure. Always up front straight forward pricing, answers all questions quickly. The prices are shooting up and we have had to literally switch models but that's 100% Bidenomics.
