Total waste of time. Booked an appointment for an emergency extraction. Arrived at the clinic only to be informed my name is not on the list. Had spoken to the lady at the front desk for 10mins making enquiries. They even called me back to confirm they'd be able to accomodate me. Then turn around and say they don't find my name after i show up. I repeat, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.!!! Incase you book an appointment, be sure to call the incompetent front desk lady before you make the trip just to be sure you have a slotted time!
