These apt units arent bad except the managers are HORRIBLE LIARS ,Sara and her other two helpers are very lazy and pretend to be helpful at the beginning but they couldn't care less once you move in ,they are never at the property at all and there's a tenant who hasn't had hot water due to broken pipe in months and they are not fixing the problem and charging them regular price rent ,also they only open the pool for one month and always closed for maintenance in the summer so that's another lie they don't open it till one mo... read more
My in-laws recently moved in, and the staff have been great. I especially want to recognize the new maintenance technician, Robby. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He fixed every issue they were having and took the time to properly troubleshoot rather than just do quick fixes. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
Been here less then 2 months. Started seeing roaches and explained to management. Texted/called to have something done or my deposit back. She sent an exterminator and still continued to see then in the kitchen/restrooms. Explained to her either I get my deposit back because this shouldn’t have been an issue I jst moved in, she said it wasn’t a problem before like I brought them.
