Our consultant , Charles Girard took time to explain all of our options thoroughly. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and did not push the sale aggressively. We feel comfortable with our plan.

I met with Charles to make pre arrangements for my cremation and burial. I am a huge proponent of making arrangements beforehand - unselfishly thinking of my family, whom I feel should not be burdened with decision making at an already emotionally charged time. Despite this, of course it is not a pleasant nor enjoyable endeavour. We have been to McInnis & Holloway 4 times now & there is reason we come back. They are excellent. For those going through the loss of a loved one we highly recommend this organization & the follow up services with family care. Exceptionally helpful in closing the estate.
