I had just recently miscarried at 16 weeks which was never in our plans. Park Memorial made the process of the steps moving forward with my son's passing with ease. Stephanie treated us with compassion and understanding. She explained everything in great detail on the process from start to finish. We can't thank them enough for what they have done for us.

Worked with the Elboya location after sudden passing of a family member. All the staff were super kind and flexible with out family and were able to support a few last minute changes. Huge kudos to JF who drove all the way from Calgary to Vernon to support us with burial. Was a chaotic and sad time, and we were all very grateful for the support
