I’ve been a patient of Dr. Latha Kumar at Park Medical Group for over four years, trusting her with the care of my wife, kids, and myself during some of our most stressful moments. Terrible service. Struggling with female health issues, went to Dr Dass who apparently specialises in this. Couldn’t get a word in, couldn’t really talk to her, and advice given was ‘stress less’. Really condescending and had to pretty much beg just for a blood test. Won’t be returning. Feel incredibly dismissed.

I had an appointment at Park Medical Group (Victoria Park, Shop 24/366 Albany Hwy) on Friday at 10:10 am with Dr. Das, who was warm, attentive, and very professional — I really appreciated her care. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception afterwards was disappointing. As I waited, all three reception staff seemed to avoid eye contact and made no effort to assist me. I did not have a satisfactory experience during my consultation. The doctor seemed rushed and ended the appointment as soon as the 15-minute slot was over, without properly listening to or assessing my concerns. I was charged $80 for what felt like a very dismissive and unhelpful service. She repeatedly insisted my symptoms were due to my diet and advised me to just take Panadol and Nurofen over the counter.
