I’ve had the exact same experience at Park Medical Group, and it’s honestly beyond frustrating. Appointments always run 60 minutes behind, and it’s become normal to sit around with no updates or apologies even when you have sick kids waiting. The billing is just as bad, with random extra charges added to standard consults for no clear reason. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Latha Kumar at Park Medical Group for over four years, trusting her with the care of my wife, kids, and myself during some of our most stressful moments. Unfortunately, my experience over the past year — especially recently — has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. To begin with, there’s a constant issue with unexpected charges.
