Dr Rathore was so rude and judgemental! Won’t return to the EVP clinic.
Very bad customer service. No respect, low quality payment system. Please note when book in, they require payment not only between the time they show which starts from 9:30. It depends on different GP. Some starts from 10:00 or sometime else.
After having horrible experiences nearby, I gave Park Medical Group a try. It is now my regular GP (with Dr Selvendra). She always goes above and beyond - even running out to the chemist next door to find me when I forgot the print out of what we had discussed. I've also never had to wait long (if I do at all) for my appointment.
