I booked an appointment online, before I went, I decided to read these google reviews and my heart sank, thinking I made a bad mistake. However, this place is superb! Reception was nice and friendly, I was seen within 5 mins, must have been exactly on time! Dr Niroshi was very caring, empathetic, and helped sort me out. Also, there's really good parking, the priceline chemist next door is really great too. Highly recommended!
In all the years I've been a patient at Park Medical in Vik Park, I have never encountered a rude receptionist until this morning. I called first thing to cancel and reschedule my appointment and clearly explained that I’m unavailable during school drop-off and pick-up times. Doctors are great but some receptionist staff would need basic customer service training. Abrupt and rude over the phone.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had to wait over 1.5 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. There was no clear communication from the staff, and the receptionist seemed completely unaware of what was happening or how long the delay would be. It's frustrating to be kept waiting for so long with no updates or apologies. Definitely needs better organisation and communication. At last couldnot see the doctor and had to return back.
The appointment was fast & easy to make on the phone with Park Medical to meet a GP. They sent me the required forms to fill on SMS & the nurse was welcoming. Dr. Rathore was very friendly and cheerful and made me feel welcome during my check-up. She analysed all the necessary details to help with the next step for the specialist. Also, she sent me all the documents on email as I needed & sent them to the specialist clinic.
