The doctors in this group not only listened to my concerns and questions as a patient but they took the time to answer any questions I had. They are kind, skilled and thorough. I highly recommend this group and these doctors.
The reviews are already making me nervous and not very hopeful of following my doctor here. And to make matters worst they are JH affiliated (that's another discussion). Also, from what I read on their website, as far as what they don't accept for insurance is rather infuriating. Called a couple of weeks ago more than once after getting no answer the first time. Got someone and they were supposed to have called me back. Tried calling again today, no answer at all. Is this place even open?
I looked up the reviews right after I talked to a SUE there, I believe she is in management. She left me a message offering me a interview. From her voice I heard a mean persona. I called the next day to give her the benefit of the doubt. And she was worst on the phone. Didn't sound to friendly. I'll try somewhere else. 1st impressions are lasting. Now I understand the reviews
