Dr Adam's squares up to you and gives you a personal, caring visit. I always leave with a positive, confident step forward to address my medical concerns. He gets to know you and maintains a personalized approach to your treatment. He really cares for his patients.
Dr. Adams has been my family doctor for over 30 years. This is the third location I've seen him in. I have never had issues with Dr. Adams, but I have had issues with the older lady at the front desk and reaching them by phone. The need to update their hours on Google and their automated system and the office staff need to communicate with each other. Hours posted on google and on the door of the office state they are open. Door is locked. Receptionist is sitting at the desk and will not open the door. Terrible service always from this same receptionist. Dr. Adam's has always been a great Doctor but this older lady receptionist has always been a problem since she was hired.
Dr Adams has been my GP for the last 19 yrs. Nothing but good experiences.
