Absolutely disgusting and awful. The reception is so disrespectful and rude over the phone. Dr. Nelson takes a sick pleasure is harassing pregnant women to tears.
Your receptionist needs training in compassion and bedside manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson's for over 10 years - I came with him from his practice in Beaumont. And I am now looking for a new doctor because of the way that I was treated by this practice today. I would not recommend this clinic. Dr. Nielson was previously my son’s doctor in Beaumont, where we had very few visits. When my son developed acne and required a referral, we booked an appointment at the new Sherwood Park location. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly told there was a $50 fee to transfer his file from Beaumont. This fee was never disclosed beforehand.
