Hours posted on google and on the door of the office state they are open. Door is locked. Receptionist is sitting at the desk and will not open the door. Terrible service always from this same receptionist. Dr. Adam's has always been a great Doctor but this older lady receptionist has always been a problem since she was hired.
Dr Adams has been my GP for the last 19 yrs. Nothing but good experiences.

Absolutely disgusting and awful. The reception is so disrespectful and rude over the phone. Dr. Nelson takes a sick pleasure is harassing pregnant women to tears.
Your receptionist needs training in compassion and bedside manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson's for over 10 years - I came with him from his practice in Beaumont. And I am now looking for a new doctor because of the way that I was treated by this practice today. Coming in from Beaumont following the first snow fall of the season, traffic was slow, so I called in to inform them that I was running a few minutes late.
