We were the first people in the waiting room. Literally no other cars in the parking lot. A nice lady walked in after we had signed in and said she was asked to come in for a physical but had no appointment. They took her first. We waited for an hour for a diagnosis of pink eye. Something that takes 5 minutes to determine. Poor priority of care..

Had a terribly sore throat so stopped by Park Med to see what could be done. Got hooked up for an EKG and was told that I had a blood clot in my lung and that I needed to get to the ER immediately. Paid the copay and went straight to Methodist Medical where they laughed about the EKG. They did a throat swab and determined that it was acute strep-throat. Got a steroid shot in the bum and five days worth of antibiotics and was just fine. Park Med = nursing school rejects. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are feeling generous a... read more
