Bad service
I will not return. Service counter will go the extra steps if they can charge. My experience.is its about them not me the customer. I found another Mazda dealer that will get all my business.
Customer service is never a bliss on this dealership. Everytime we call they will not listen. We have to let them know first before booking for a service about our issue. Instead of helping, they will not listen and even it is an emergency they will not consider. We do not want to waste our time travelling from our town to the City just to tell us nothing is wrong with our vehicle. It's been 1 year now, they only solve 1 part of the problem.
