Customer service is never a bliss on this dealership. Everytime we call they will not listen. We have to let them know first before booking for a service about our issue. Instead of helping, they will not listen and even it is an emergency they will not consider. We do not want to waste our time travelling from our town to the City just to tell us nothing is wrong with our vehicle. It's been 1 year now, they only solve 1 part of the problem.
