The epitome of what many people think a dealership is like. Initially, the sales person Devon said the heavily curb rashed wheel on the 2021 Mazda3 hatchback I ended up getting would be replaced before I picked it up. Then that changed to it was going to be fixed, meaning covered up to not be so apparent. A new wheel is $350 from Mazda and probably wouldn't break the bank for a Mazda dealer since it didn't send me into poverty to get it myself. From first contact, to delivery, a perfect car purchase. Too many dealers drag out a purchase by not communicating quickly. Had this car purchased within a couple hours from 250 miles away.
