BEWARE!!! My personal experience with this condominium development, which is managed by Worthross property management is that they do as little as they possibly can. If I knew what I know now I would’ve chosen to shoot myself in the face rather than buy into this community. They treat you as if you’re living in a dorm and they think they have full rights to come into your apartment whenever they want. Board needs to be dismantled. Money from HOA is not being used properly to upkeep the buildings. Members should be investigated.
My personal experience with this condominium development, which is managed by Worthross property management is that they do as little as they possibly can. If I knew what I know now I would’ve never bought into this community. The board throws all their money into two of the buildings and the third building sits there falling apart. You can obviously see this by walking in the front door of the south building, the concrete is deteriorating right in front of your eyes, starting on the steps that you walk up and into the lobby... read more
