Don't rent here I lived here for almost 2 years. Walls are paper thin - you hear EVERYTHING!! You may be lucky if your neighbor doesn't have a small kid, cold (because you hear them coughing, sneezing, ..!), or party lifestyle. There are never any guest parking spots, so anyone visiting has to park across the street in the neighborhood.
