Don't rent here I lived here for almost 2 years. Walls are paper thin - you hear EVERYTHING!! You may be lucky if your neighbor doesn't have a small kid, cold (because you hear them coughing, sneezing, ..!), or party lifestyle. There are never any guest parking spots, so anyone visiting has to park across the street in the neighborhood. Best thing is that you will never see your deposit - I hired a professional (paid over $500) company that spent over 4+ hours cleaning the apartment (including steam cleaning the carpets) as ... read more
