Park Manor does not inform family of condition of patient deteriorating! They preschool seniors are there own person however their wants are never considered! Definitely not for hearing in pared communication is done with a sheet of paper containing alphabet no sign language or interpreter ever offered. The aides and staff lie to cover up discrepancies if patient says something they are quick to say just not true!
