This place have did a 90 degree turnaround. The staff is great !! The atmosphere is very soothing. They now have some one monitering the pool to only have residents and their guest enter. They are ready to fix any thing that is wrong in the apartment or the grounds. No longer can kids congrigate around the complex. They have a great duty officer who patrols the grounds. I feel very safe and secure here. This is my home for a long long time. Thank you Park Manor!!

This is the worse place to live. Everything that Shayna says is so true. There is no such thing as management over there at Park Manor. And if you happen to live near someone with a pet, its disgusting. Dog poop everywhere! The breeze ways are filthy. I dont think theres a ground keeper. Some residence even use their grills on the balconies. A BIG safety hazard and management does nothing about any of this! But they continue to raise rent, which is so not worth it. If you want something fixed, you may as well call Home Depot... read more

We live at Park Manor for only one year and it was a nightmare. Now I do have to say that it was safe and quiet to begin with, but so much is wrong. First of all the washers and dryers to not work properly. It takes hours to wash and your cloths are left soppy then you try to dry them and the dryer doesnt dry them even after 4 tries. Next the pool. If its not dirty or completely cloudy, then its closed. We moved out just in time because now when you try to leave for work in the morning the teenagers are standing right in the... read more
