I came to this place for an emergency visit, due to pain and sensitivity in a localized spot, from prior work done at another office that has been causing me ongoing issues. I am a holistic type of person who still gets yearly dental Xray's but does not like to have extra or unnecessary Xray's done. Asked to have my kids come, was told we don't do kids but can go to fort Saskatchewan. Sherwood park has family dentists and i don't require to go out of town to their affiliates office. Felt this was unprofessional and i as an adult won't bother going here either

I've been coming here for years; Dr. Bill is a great dentist, Tammy is an excellent hygienist and receptionist, and the whole team has always been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Dr. Bill is awesome! Knowledgeable, fair and dedicated. However, it is very difficult to get an appointment with him. You are put on a cancellation list and then never called back even when appts open up for the following month. Extremely frustrating to say the least.

Due to a long running illness, I had to cancel 2 or 3 appointments with Dr. Bill Amirault. When I was well, I tried to get an appointment by phone and in person but was told I would have to go on the cancellation list...a cancellation list with no end apparently. I was never contacted by them again. I finally gave up and found another dental clinic which booked me for an appointment 2 weeks after I contacted them.
