Everyone is so nice to work with
I've used Park and Longstreet for my residence as well as investment properties for almost 10 years. I cannot recommend them enough. They always do what they say and are as real as it gets. If they think they can win, they tell you and typically come through! Just got a 720 check from a house that I lived in and sold 3 years ago. They stay after it and got to bat for you! These people answer when you call and are really good at being honest:).
I have used Park&Longstreet services for years. Not always but once again I received a reduction for my 2019 property taxes. Takes awhile (not their fault-it's the system) but they are persistent. I like that.
A lawyer friend suggested P & L as effective and honest. Good tip! They worked doggedly to lower our property tax & communicated well all along the way.
