The receptionist is like doctor even if the symptoms are worse they will still refer you to pharmacy this is my third time contacting this GP surgery for the same reason still referring to pharmacy which they don't even respond , absolute crap
I joined the practice a few months ago after moving to the area and they have been fantastic. Very easy transferring process. There was a slight confusion around repeat prescriptions but was very quickly given an appt to discuss and sort. Have needed a couple of drs appt due to a nasty infection and the practice were fantastic - very easy to get an appt and I was referred quickly to see a specialist when needed. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had to continuously go into the practice to ask about my travel vaccinations, and nothing was done until I asked for the practice manager 3 weeks after my initial enquiry! Do not use this surgery.
