Better find yourself another GP, this is not the one. They are rude and very unprofessional.
This has been my doctor's for 25 years and the staff have always been polite and helpful. At time it can be difficult to get an appointment so I try to stay healthy and polite.
I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of all the staff at Park Lane Practice. It was the first time I had used the surgery and I was treated extremely well. So thank you to everyone at the Practice.
I have always found the team here to be really helpful and supportive all the admin staff, reception staff, nurses and Doctors I am very happy with this surgery
The receptionist is like doctor even if the symptoms are worse they will still refer you to pharmacy this is my third time contacting this GP surgery for the same reason still referring to pharmacy which they don't even respond , absolute crap
