Couldn’t have had a better experience at Park Lane Chevrolet, thanks to the amazing Audrey! She was so fun to work with, super kind and very helpful! Walked onto the lot, test drove the car, and drove it home all within about an hour and a half because the dealership was so organized and already had the vehicle safetied prior to my test drive. Worst experience ever!! They billed us $1,520 to get our car fixed for whatever the problem it was having and told us it is all repaired. When my husband went there to pick it up, the engine light was still ON. We asked the representative, he said if it doesn’t go away on its own, give them a call back. So, instead we went there again to get it checked when it didn’t go away after 2 days and now the engine was misfiring.
