Great location, parking is easy. The management is unnecessarily nosy and rude. The building is old, and really hasn’t been renovated at all. The first floor smells disgusting 24/7 like the trash room. Only one elevator works most of the time and they’re painfully h slow. Trying to get the managements help with literally anything takes weeks, and that’s if they listen at all. The unit I lived in definitely had mold under both sinks.
