I reached out to Kylla while I was pregnant with my second child to let her know of previous struggles I had with attempting to breastfeed my first baby. Kylla provided the warmest and most reassuring welcome and was able to provide me with a great amount of resources and support for I gave birth. Kylla came over about a week after my daughter was born as I initially was struggling with feeding initially. I had sort of got the hang of things within a few days but she reassured me about my process and provided some pointers that greatly improved my and my babies experience with feeding. I felt extremely comfortable with Kylla and she was open to providing advice on other feeding methods. We were so happy with the care and support we were provided by Kylla. Although I was unable to breastfeed Kylla was instrumental in getting to the bottom of why my breast milk never came in due to a medication I was taking. However, it took time and effort pump, meet with my doctor to prescribe medication, and lastly to attend appointments with the breast feeding clinic at the Misericordia. Kylla is an incredible lactation consultant, I highly recommend her! She is kind, thoughtful, sincere, knowledgeable, and flexible. She genuinely listens to your concerns and is incredibly supportive. Worth every penny :) Highly recommend!
