I absolutely loved living here. It’s quaint and the location is perfect. I had no issues with management and the property manager is so easy to work with.

This summer the elevator was broken for 3 months. But they still wanted full rent. The worst part was sheridan and his smug, nothing I can do attitude. Yesterday it broke again.

Here's my experience from living there 5 years... this place is a dump and the management company/on-site management are slumlords charging market-rate for really substandard living spaces. No amenities. None. A/C, plumbing, and electricity (MEP-critical operations) are beyond antiquated (entire hot-water heaters have fallen through floors down to the apartments below) and barely pass Code requirements; the windows are from last-century and useless to keep too-hot/too-humid/too cold air out of your space (you will get black ... read more

Drug dealer in unit 217. Police there regularly. The only elevator in the building has been out of service for months and forces elderly people to walk up to four flights of stairs with groceries. When asked how or why Park Knolls could justify a a rent increase, Sheraton said they were raising the rent, “because they can.” Additional storage units available for rent (under carports) are literally dry rotted around the door frames and falling apart.
