We love living here. Its close to great restaurants, the amenities are clean, and my apartment is beautiful. The property manager Becca is very friendly. Great experience so far.

Living at Park and Kingston has been such a great experience. Jasmine and Rebecca have been so kind and easy to work with. Everything is always so clean and they have great amenities. The guest parking is also really nice too and I feel super safe and comfortable here. The location is also unbeatable. Love it!!!
Living at Park and Kingston has been my best apartment experience so far. I work remotely, so the work pods and many common areas have been incredibly helpful—and they're always clean. I never hear my neighbors, and everyone I meet is kind and courteous. Rebecca and Jasmine in the leasing office are amazing! Rebecca helped me find the perfect apartment and was incredibly supportive throughout the moving process. My dog loves stopping by to visit them whenever he can for a treat and some pets.
Dreadful leaving experience, they truly give you a good kick and slam the door on you as you leave. The experience living there was fine, nothing special but very unprofessional admin that often leave early and are unhelpful. Great location though
