Horrible experience! What a rude attitude to customer!! She cut my hair so aggressively!! I never had an experience so baldly.
I used to give a 20% tip when I came here to get my hair cut, but today I gave her a 50 cash tip after the perm, and she actually said that I gave too little and should have tipped 105. I was going to let my kids and husband split some cash to tip her and the lady who did the hairwash, because I used to give twice every time I came here, and she was so rude. They have few locations. The one by Joong Boo in Glenview is not impressive. Very discriminative towards their customers. You have to be Korean to get their best treatment!
Everything was good until the lady forced me to leave tips, I just rejected and lady started being so rude.
