I have not been to this practice yet - but I will not go - the receptionist is extremely RUDE! Dr. Park needs to fire her. It is unfortunate because I hear only good things about this Dr. yet I refuse to go to an office where the first person you talk to is condescending and seems like she is miserable in her job.
I did an appointment with Dr. Joonhee Park, in my experience she was totally uninterested and condescending in my questions and she looked very rushed. She not gave me the chance to ask her all my doubts and my husband had the same feeling. Our appointment was probably less than 10 minutes. I was looking for a professional in which I can trust, feel comfortable and with empathy for their patients. Definitely Dr. Joonhee Park is not the right person.
