Was my first visit, the facility is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. My massage therapist was awesome, very knowledgeable, made me feel like I was just hanging out with an old friend.
My family and I have had the worst experience seeing Dr. Sigurdson. She misinforms her patients and she is extremely curt with her answers; extremely!! She wants to get you in and out of the room as fast as possible and will shoot you down if you are trying to explore options. She has been very forceful on the women in my family to use a certain birth control when we made it clear we do not want birth control. I have never met such rude doctor before. Do not see her.
I had an initial consultation appointment with Ashley Gazley who was very easy to talk to and asked all the right questions. It was a thorough conversation but also light hearted and felt welcoming. She made me very excited to begin my experience with PIH. My first ever acupuncture appointment was with Jennifer Kowerchuk and she was wonderful from start to finish. I have been going to Park for a couple years now and have only ever had the best experiences!! I've had a range of services from massage to acupuncture to chiro and truly feel so cared for all the time. Each massage therapist I've had has me ending my session thinking I just had the best massage ever!
Jennifer is an amazing acupuncturist. She really cares about her patients and gives the absolute best quality care. She is the best!
