I absolutely love the attention to detail Emma gives on each of her acupuncture sessions. She reviews my file, asks great questions and most important looks at all facets of life not just the issue I am bringing to her. She is personable, gentle and kind.
Staff are always friendly and professional. Lots of services and providers. Extremely clean space
UPDATE: I am happy to say that since posting this review yesterday I received an email from the Medical Director apologizing and acknowledging that my file has now been closed. My experience with this difficult clinic began May/26. I had a free 20 minute consultation with intake coordinator Sabrina on May 22. She set up a free 15 minute Naturopath consultation for May 23 with an ND she assured me was an expert in my autoimmune disease and treatment.
