Emma is very professional, friendly, easy to talk to & I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns. Will definitely continue going for treatment with Emma !
I cannot recommend Ashley C enough! She went above and beyond with my consult and did so much research for me that she did not have to. I felt awesome after my first acupuncture treatment with her but left feeling like that was just a bonus.
Booked an appt and had to cancel. Tried calling multiple times with no one answering so had to leave a message. I was within the cancellation timeline and PIH sent me a bill for missed appt. Just be careful booking. I understand that they are pretty busy and you do not want to tie the professionals to a booking that you can’t make so some one else can take that spot. However if they they can answer the phone. That would make it a bit better for both parties in case of emergencies on either side.
