Sad we stayed last year a couple times it was great. This year I've been twice and it's not as nice they charge you 100 holders fee then the room is not even up to pare at all. No towels house keeps cleaning with a pink spray that just smells good but isn't disinfectant the rooms were not ready no towels had clean my own bathroom. No Breakfast!!!! Man I love being positive i hate leaving a negative so ill day i appreciate the kindness of the front desk. They were very professional and dressed nice.
I loved it the room the breakfast so good and the room was so good the worker were so nice the location a good view when I look out the window bye have a nice day
I never got an opportunity to see any of the rooms because there was a note on the check in table that had a phone number and told us to call it instead of someone being a the desk.
My husband and daughter were traveling to Albany to visit our son who just got to his first USMC duty station. I set them up with this place through Expedia whose ratings said 7/10: Good. Expedia's reviews boasted about cleanliness and excellent service. Note that my husband's expectations are MUCH lower than mine when I say he was uphauled at how bad this place was - all around.
