Have been a customer here for 4 years now. Skip the manager is awesome. New owners about 2 years into renting my unit, they are nice folks & seem to be understanding when things go awry
This place is awesome! The manager is a really nice man and very helpful. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
i rented a storage unit from park mini storage in September 2021. I put the contents of my house into a 12'x24' unit until we purchased our house. when we went to move our items today, we opened the door to discover that RATS DESTROYED EVERYTHING INSIDE OUR UNIT. We called the park mini storage office line: no answer; no pick-up. $20 THOUSAND DOLLARS+ of our things RUINED and chewed up by HUGE RATS. Rats made a nest of our couch. They destroyed our clothing. They ruined our art. Everything is completely ruined.
Said he would hold a unit until Wednesday and he did not. Liar, old, and rude!!!
