The way my daughter was treated after getting her tonsils and adenoids out at 6 years old was insane. I will never recommend them for any type of surgery for anyone. They put her in their consultation room, no bed, she's half awake, in pain, laying with her head on a plastic armrest of a chair. Once I find the picture, I will add it to this post.
We had the best experience today. Everyone was so sweet to our son and took their time to explain things. It was clean and organized. I don’t know why more people aren’t leaving positive reviews, because there were many other patients getting excellent care today! Thanks to our nurses and staff for making our anxiety filled day more comforting.
Everyone from the time we walked in until we left was PHENOMENAL!!!!! The nurses & doctor informed us everything & beyond. They were great with my daughter, who was the patient. I highly recommend this surgical center.
Worst surgical experience ever🤬 Having had outpatient surgery I thought I knew what to expect. Nothing could have prepared me for how rudely I was treated and how incompetent the staff appeared. I was told I was unable to be with my husband pre-op (has never been an issue elsewhere, yet I was told it would be a HIPAA violation). We had been told to arrive to the surgery center at 9 AM for ear tubes for my 3 year old daughter. When we got there, it took about an hour just to be checked in, then they told us it would only be 45 minutes after that. We were not told that we could leave and come back, as that would have made it a bit easier. Everyone in the waiting room had been there for at least 3 hours.
