The Parkhouse Senior Living Community has been home to my brother since 2016. I started off with my parents and my brother and now it’s just my brother. It is well-maintained and the staff is great! I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for a nice place to live. The activities are wonderful and engaging. The residents are very nice. I really like and appreciate Parkhouse Senior Living Community.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Park House. Marianne was a great host, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions with care and clarity. The residents were a delight to meet, which truly showcased the inviting and supportive community atmosphere. To top it all off, lunch was simply outstanding—a delicious meal that highlighted the facility's dedication to quality and comfort.
My Mom & Dad loved this community. Management was very attentive to their needs. They had a nice spacious apartment which perfect for their home.
My mother has been here since 2018 and we have been pleased with the facilities and the office staff. Even though there have been changes throughout the years due to COVID and changes in working staff (which is normal) it has been overall a good place to live.
They need to find better people to answer the phone. It's really starting to annoy me that I can call and ask hi, how are you and a weird lady says "fine" and nothing more. Where is the hospitality? They how can I help you? I'm good thank you, and you? What ever happened to customer service? Thanks Maryanne....
