Very unprofessional! Extremely rude, lazy staff. Would never, ever recommend anyone to bring their loved ones to reside here!

I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating! The background music in the office was terrible. Too loud and too obnoxious! I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.they do not watch residents drugs and achohol are being brought in and staff here d... read more

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I would never recommend them to anyone. It was clean but I felt unsafe and uncomfortable about the environment. Specifically, the male patients. I wouldn't think of visiting my Mother everyday in an establishment like that...The staff were nice enough but lacked professionalism.
