So I called this company on a Friday. They said that they wouldn't be able to make it to my home in Farmington until the following Monday. Thid was inconvenient but understandable. On Sunday night around 9pm they called me from a short number and cancelled the appointment stating that they "can't get a tech to my area and don't have a reschedule time." Very unprofessional and disappointing.
