Management is TERRIBLE. Extremely rude and hardly communicates with residents. There was a shooting in the lobby here and residents weren’t informed by management until almost 12 hours later. Same day, management announced a change in hours and there has not been anyone on site since. 0/10. Would never recommend any one to move here
Terrible do not stay here the windows are old and be frozen causing your light bill to be sky high the staff are terrible no good security anyone can get in and my car almost got stolen in back of building and was damaged my bathroom ceiling been leaking coming from the other residents tub they halfway fixed it over and over still leaking don't waste your money
I have said this once and I will say this again: do NOT trust this apartment. I have lived here for almost three years, and the conditions and safety have steadily declined. I have photos, emails, screenshots, and documentation to support everything in this review. Maintenance issues were mishandled from the start (for example, a dryer that takes three hours to dry one load — I was sent a YouTube link instead of maintenance). Without a doubt I found Perla to be the most unprofessional property manager I’ve ever encountered. This lady went on maternity leave and the entire building shut down. There was a notice in my mailbox asking me to provide her with a baby shower gift, there was going to be a shower. As if I cared, very unprofessional. No one in the offices, no one to respond to emails but you can count on a email about quiet hours and rent being due. The front desk person quit and she was never replaced. This building is situated in a great location. The views from the rooftop are gorgeous. The management team here is excellent! Any issues I had were addressed quickly. The building is older but very well maintained. They do charge $150 for off street parking so be aware of that additional cost.
