My best friend lives there, he lives in a small box, and pays high rent for 450 square ft. No ventilation, no air conditioning. Not pleasing to the eye. There is no pool. It is near the bus station, so you can escape. The people there are mainly section 8 . So they hang out all day, not doing anything of course. My friend hates it there, but is stuck. Living at Park Hamlin Apartments has been a good choice for me. I had the opportunity to spend time with a neighbor who enriched my life immensely before the end of her time on this great planet.
One of the best complexes I've ever lived in. Recent upgrades make this place very liveable, clean, peaceful. Great location near school, farmers market, and river walk. I highly recommend Park Hamlin.
Convenient location only a few blocks from river, farmers market and various local shops. Management team is awesome, super quick at handling service requests and leaves thoughtful holiday gifts/bday cards for residents. Building is constantly being renovated/ upgraded so can expect a cozy and modern apartment :) Mega kudos to the building team Jamie, Nicole and Juan for making this place feel like home! Love love love.
