Well here we are on the 2nd anniversary of our RUSH service of documents for this Law Firm, only to be screwed out of our service fee. It truly amazes me that this firm would rather suffer the consequences of a bad review rather than simply pay what they owe. They need to understand that I'M NOT GOING AWAY. My Process Service Company was requested to perform a RUSH service by Attorney "Elliott Park" on October 4, 2019. That paper was served the same day and my server was paid immediately by me. After numerous phone calls, emails, voicemails and even a letter to the State Bar Association, I am still not able to get Mr Elliott to respond back to me or to simply SEND ME A CHECK for the $125 owed us.
